How to order

Registration on the website is not required.

After you have checked out from the cart, you will receive an automatic confirmation to your email address (in case you specified one). We will verify your order and will inform you normally within a day by email or phone.

There are too many options of the philatelic products to be all of them represented on the website. We just are unable to do it/ If you have any special preferences, please don't hesitate to contact us - in the order form or in a separate message. For example, if you are interested in corner blocks, full lists, cancelled stamps etc., just let us know.

Assortment

We purchase our stock directly from postal administrations and their assigned distributors. Therefore all our goods are of excellent quality.

Prices

Prices in the store are changed frequently. Currency exchange fluctuations and the procurement conditions are the basic reasons. The order price is fixed at the time of ordering online or by sending an email or otherwise.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by the Russian Post service.

Payment

As a rule we don't require immediate payment - we expect payment only when your ordered items are available and ready for despatch. This is because we are not always able to update the information on the website promptly enough, and sometimes have to refuse. However if your order is greater than 3000 RUB (100 USD or 75 EUR) we expect at least 50% payment at the time of ordering.
